In a growing organization, our focus is on attracting and retaining the best talent to support the Holding's strategic direction. We have recruited a highly experienced Human Resources Director for the Holding are currently re-engineering our employment policies to reflect changes in the market and to give us stronger tools for retention and talent management.

We have a very effective recruitment process that helps to reduce attrition and limits interruption to production. We use a variety of sources, including head hunting for scarce skills.

We consider our comprehensive employee benefits package as key to achieving our retention targets. This includes free basic medical care, subsidized medical insurance for white collar workers, free transportation, free nursery, additional holidays over and above the legal requirement, interest-free loans and free housing for married couples who both work for the Company. We will relentlessly continue to review and enhance our talent attraction and retention capabilities

This is supported by our focus on employee development. We have a well developed formal, appraisal system that ties pay to performance for managers and staff and identifies developmental needs. This year, we have introduced succession planning to ensure that we are developing our future managers. We are currently looking at a new process aimed at developing our high potential employees by encouraging internal recruitment through a self-nominating application process.
