Powered by a strong motive for retail expansion and restless search into varied development options, Arafa Holding has recently established the Euromed Company in order to extend retail business through existing brands and also act as a franchisee to a variety of international brands. Currently the company operates a discount retail shop Brands for Less to outlet the excess capacity of apparel and tailoring segment of the company. Euromed has also recently entered into a franchise agreement with the Italian based Vestebene Group and will act as a franchisee to two of the world’s leading women’s wear brands; Motivi and Oltre. With the current stores under Euromed, Arafa Holding has ambitions to expand into women’s apparel through distribution and retail, and Euromed facilitates this type of expansion.
