Peter Lucas
Peter Lucas is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BMB Group Limited. He joined the UK fashion industry in 1977 and has worked for leading UK brand names including John Collier, Burtons and William Baird. He was Chief Executive of Baird Menswear Brands and Chairman of Melka-Tenson, Van Gils, Lowe Alpine and Baird Corporatewear before leading a buy-out in 2000 and the subsequent sale of 31.6% of the Company to Arafa Holdings in 2004. Peter is Chairman of the British Clothing Industry Association, and is a Director of the British Fashion Council. He was appointed to the Board in 2006 and became Chairman of the Retail Segment in 2007.
